We are a dynamic and fast-growing AI & IT company specialising in cutting-edge technology solutions for businesses of all sizes. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs with scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain project repositories and ensure naming convention compliance
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items
• Track project deliverables and milestone completion
• Coordinate project team meetings and logistics

About You

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
• CAPM (Certified associate in project management) preferred
• PMO certification is beneficial
• MS Office certification advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years in project coordination or administration
• Experience in PMO environment preferred
• Exposure to IT or technology projects beneficial
• Government or enterprise experience advantageous

Skills

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS projects, JIRA, SharePoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• English fluency required; Arabic beneficial
