About the Opportunity

Portfolio Manager – Property Investments (Australia & Asia) A leading global investment platform is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join its Property Team. This is a strategic and hands-on role overseeing property investments across Australia and Asia, with the goal of delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns for institutional investors. The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative team of investment professionals, contributing to strategy, execution, and portfolio management across direct property investments, joint ventures, and co-investments in both domestic and international markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead property investment activities in Australia and Asia, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and execution
• Oversee the monitoring, reporting, and performance of property investments to internal investment committees
• Contribute to portfolio strategy development and implementation in alignment with institutional objectives
• Manage relationships with external partners such as brokers, legal advisers, co-investors, fund managers, and property advisors
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing
• Represent the organization in external advisory boards and industry forums as required
• Drive continual improvement initiatives to enhance investment processes, reporting, and decision-making

About You

We are targeting experienced property investment professional with:

• 12–15 years of experience in direct property investment, co-investments, or JVs
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior professionals
• Deep knowledge of Australian and Asia-Pacific property markets and international exposure
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a robust professional network locally and globally
• High integrity, strong ethical standards, and a collaborative, results-oriented mindset
