Project Director – Data Centres (Nordics)

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects
• Pre-construction tasks including liaising with stakeholders, creating project schedules and budgets, managing contractor pre-qualification, and supporting contract negotiations
• Construction tasks including implementing HSE culture, managing contractors and vendors, project control functions, and contractual support
• Close out/Fit up tasks including managing commissioning, close out documentation, and assisting with final inspections

About You

First and foremost, you share our passion for improving the quality of life. You pride yourself for the part you play in transforming the world around you and understand the importance of teamwork. You are technically capable and come to us with:

• An in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques
• Contractual and commercial understanding of multiple forms of contract
• Track record in delivery of large critical infrastructure projects
• Experience of managing a large scale team
• Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds
