About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding leisure and retail business with ambitious growth plans across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of operational and business improvement projects
  • Drive sustainability initiatives and support wider ESG objectives
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and operational efficiency opportunities
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, property, and finance
  • Support expansion and transformation programmes across the business
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

About You

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering projects within leisure, hospitality, retail, or other multi-site operational environments, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and achieve measurable commercial outcomes.

Eligibility

  • Proven project management experience within leisure, retail, hospitality, or related sectors
  • Strong background in operations, transformation, and business improvement initiatives
  • Experience delivering sustainability and cost-efficiency programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
