About the Opportunity

Join our team as an Organic Certification & Project Coordinator at aQysta, where you will play a crucial role in expanding and supporting a network of organically certified farmers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage internal and external organic audits
  • Ensure compliance management and certification renewals
  • Oversee onboarding of farmers and cooperatives into the certification program
  • Provide leadership on EU Organic Regulations and compliance systems
  • Lead capacity-building initiatives and training programs
  • Prepare and present operational and impact reports

About You

Are you knowledgeable about organic certification processes and passionate about sustainable farming? We are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in organic certification
