We are seeking a commercially astute Asset Portfolio Manager to manage and play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic and operational performance of a diverse portfolio of commercial embedded networks and energy assets.

This position is responsible for driving financial outcomes, strengthening client relationships, and leading performance enhancement initiatives aimed at increasing asset value, optimizing returns, and achieving key ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Portfolio and Financial Management
  • Financial Reporting and Analytics
  • Act as Stakeholder & Commercial Energy Manager
  • Risk and Compliance

Eligibility

  • Tertiary qualification in business, finance, or property-related discipline
  • Minimum 8-10 years demonstrated experience in managing commercial real estate and energy assets within complex portfolios
  • Proven ability and record in managing P&L for income-generating assets, with strong commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
