Responsibilities

• Co-develop client strategy and translate it into annual business plans
• Create account strategies and growth plans for key clients
• Support account managers in driving client growth and diversification
• Mentor and guide Tier 3 Account Managers in client relationship building
• Pursue new commercial models with clients in Australia

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Extensive leadership experience in the sector in Australia
• Strong financial acumen for pricing and margin optimization
• Advanced client insights and market awareness
• Proven success in strategic leadership
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Degree level education in a relevant discipline
