GRAHAM are to be appointed as Contracting Partner for the regeneration of a major general hospital site, forming a flagship scheme within the UK’s New Hospital Programme.
This landmark project will deliver a large-scale, digitally enabled healthcare facility (circa 82,000m² of new build plus refurbishment), using innovative, industrialized construction methods to modernize the NHS estate and transform patient care for future generations. We are now seeking an exceptional Project Director to play a leading role in delivering this high-profile scheme.
As Project Director, you will provide strategic leadership and full project oversight on one of the UK’s most significant healthcare infrastructure projects.
You will lead high-performing teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure successful delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
