About the Opportunity

BMS CAT is a trusted leader in disaster restoration, supporting clients through every stage of the recovery process. We are seeking a Senior Project Director to join our team in Milwaukee, WI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer-centric operational plan
• Create scalable operational processes
• Train operations teams on new processes
• Maximize revenue opportunities through strong operational support
• Prospect, set appointments, and close project opportunities
• Oversee day-to-day project operations and profitability
• Assist with collection efforts and client communication
• Maintain industry memberships and utilize CRM tools
• Support operational selling efforts and corporate reporting

About You

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in similar roles, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
