About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio oversight and ensure alignment with organizational priorities
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders to monitor portfolio health
• Oversee project planning and execution with disciplined attention to scope and deadlines
• Establish strong operating rhythms and communication mechanisms
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across the portfolio

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, along with 10+ years of program/project management experience. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication skills are required.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field; Advanced degree or MBA preferred. PMP or PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications a plus.
