Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities

The SETT Data & AI Research Unit works to support data delivery projects for the Wessex SDE. They develop data pipelines to extract clinical data and ensure all data contracts, funding, and governance are in place.

UHS hosts the Wessex Secure Data Environment, part of a national programme aimed at maximizing the use of NHS data. The role involves managing delivery of technical enablement and healthcare research projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring project governance.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and deliver projects autonomously
  • Use appropriate methodologies and tools for project management
  • Document risks and issues, report to senior management
