Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce we are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Managers in delivering a smooth and efficient outcome for both Projects and service provision. Within this role, you will work closely with the Project Managers to provide technical delivery support to a designated programme of work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager to ensure that Subcontractors POs are produced and tracked through Focal Point (or its replacement)
  • Ensure direct labour is planned and recorded On Monitor installations (Pressure/Sewer Level) review and verify every installation using the relevant supplier portal and progress on the Map16 / RADAR portals.
  • Maintain the correct folder structure in Sharepoint and ensure all project related documentation is uploaded to the correct folder.
  • Request utilities from Utility Team.
  • Arrange site access requirements as needed (e.g. SAAA’s, permits)
  • Collate working hours for Subcontractors/ Direct Labour for H&S Reports
  • Production of work packs for Subcontractors/ Direct Labour.
  • Planning work and uploading onto the FSA
  • Organise entry notices and letters
  • Support production of Meeting presentations, reports.
  • Attend progress meetings with Modellers and maintain action logs
  • Provide a trusted and efficient administrative service for designated teams to ensure projects flow accordingly
  • Produce reports and data analysis to contribute to team decision making
  • Partner with the other Technical Administrators to create a unit of peers who can knowledge share
  • Demonstrate the desire to learn new skills and knowledge from other teams to assist in different areas as required

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience of taking responsibility for outputs
  • Experience of working collaboratively in teams
  • Demonstrable interest in engineering
  • A desire to develop your career
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • Proficient IT skills
