Responsibilities
- Experience in executive support and project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools
- Assist in procurement processes, including vendor coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
- Experience in preparing meeting agendas, recording minutes of meetings, and tracking action items
- Excellent stakeholder management
About You
