Responsibilities
- Coordinate medium to large projects, including planning, scheduling, dependencies, risks, and reporting
- Support Project Managers to deliver milestones, manage issues, and maintain momentum
- Lead project and program level communications and change activities
- Develop and coordinate change impact assessments, communication, and engagement plans
- Facilitate workshops, forums, and governance meetings
- Produce high-quality project documentation, reports, and communications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project and change practices
- Provide guidance and coaching to project support staff
About You
Essential:
- Demonstrated experience coordinating medium to large projects in a complex organisation
- Strong understanding of project management and delivery methodologies
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, communication, and change coordination
- High-level written communication skills, including reports and project documentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate with autonomy
- Relevant degree with substantial subsequent experience, or equivalent experience
Desirable:
- Project Management and/or Change Management certification
- Experience working in higher education or large public sector environments
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and tools (e.g. MS Teams, Jira, Confluence)
