Kyndryl is looking for a Portfolio Manager - Modernization Engagement Lead to own delivery of complex, multi‑tower modernization programs, bringing together modernization solution components across applications, cloud, mainframe, and network & edge into a single, cohesive client outcome.
This role is built for leaders who can drive end‑to‑end execution, coordinate dependencies across multiple workstreams, and ensure modernization outcomes are delivered with disciplined program management and strong technical solution leadership.
5 years + proven experience leading complex, multi‑tower modernization programs with ownership for delivery outcomes. Broad modernization expertise across domains: Applications, Cloud, Mainframe, and Network & Edge who is able to unify multiple solution components into a single client solution. Ability to consolidate and integrate technical solutions across towers into a cohesive modernization program.
