Bring solid claims experience, with around 3+ years in Life Insurance claims management and a strong understanding of end-to-end claim decision-making. Use data confidently to drive better outcomes, translating insights into practical improvements in claim management and portfolio health. Apply strong analytical judgment, with the ability to identify risks, solve problems, and improve claim strategies with attention to detail. Influence and support others, sharing expertise through coaching, collaboration, and constructive challenge to lift overall claims performance. Demonstrate deep regulatory awareness, with working knowledge of the Life Insurance Code of Practice, Privacy Principles, and relevant legislation. Lead with empathy and integrity, building trust with customers and stakeholders while delivering fair, high-quality, and compliant outcomes.
