Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day portfolio management across fixed income sectors, with a focus on government and semi-government securities.
  • Contribute to sector construction, including capital allocation, liquidity management, and portfolio positioning.
  • Manage funding and liquidity requirements, supporting portfolio transitions and alignment with broader strategy.
  • Enhance investment processes, including macro research, risk management frameworks, and system integration.
  • Represent the Fixed Income team to internal stakeholders and contribute to key strategic initiatives.

About You

  • 10+ years' experience in investment management or superannuation, with a strong track record in fixed income.
  • Deep understanding of sovereign, semi-government, and rates markets, alongside macroeconomic drivers.
  • Experience managing portfolio and sector risks within defined investment and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capability, with proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg, and ideally Aladdin.
  • Proven collaborator with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
