The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b. Zensho Holdings aims to become the world's largest food company, striving to eradicate hunger and poverty globally. The group operates restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks. In addition, they have a successful cut fruit business called Snowfruit. Combining these businesses with AFC, Sushi Circle, and Sushi Take, annual sales reach $2.5b with Ebitda exceeding $140m yearly, demonstrating an ambitious growth trajectory.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel in delivering projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include leading digital projects across 38 restaurants, managing major CRM and loyalty initiatives, overseeing projects across the EU, and a critical EPOS business-wide program.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain. Responsibilities involve managing budgets, governance, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered on time and as planned utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex projects across business and technology teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Create and maintain project plans, tracking tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and the wider business
• Facilitate working groups and project forums
• Gather and analyze requirements, from initial concepts through to detailed delivery
• Lead process mapping and redesign, defining As-Is and To-Be processes
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including implementation
• Ensure strong project reporting, governance, and budget control
