About the Opportunity

Salary: £33,000–£50,000 depending on experience

Join a growing Project Management team delivering high-profile work across our Water Consultancy business. This is an opportunity to support major clean water programmes and help shape the delivery of essential projects that make a real difference to communities across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Confidently manage multiple projects at once, ensuring clear objectives, progress tracking, and successful outcomes across the full lifecycle.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance data, using insight to support effective decision-making and project control.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, Technical Managers, and colleagues, building strong working relationships and responding effectively to project needs.
  • Interpret complex information, identify risks, and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Support better ways of working by developing guidance, sharing knowledge, and contributing to process improvements across the team.

About You

Degree in a technical or construction discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage. APM or equivalent is desirable, or you should be willing to achieve certification within six months of probation. You should have at least two years’ project management experience, with five or more years in the water sector preferred. Strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint, reporting, and presentation skills are essential, along with experience of MS Project or Jira.

Hybrid working may be available, with attendance in the office required to support collaboration, meetings, and project delivery needs.
