About the Job:

Title: Sr. Enterprise Portfolio Manager – Strategic Initiatives

Job Type: Contract (12 months to start with potential to convert to permanent)

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Global Chief IT Operations Officer to establish enterprise operating cadence, governance frameworks, and executive reporting structures
• Institutionalize risk and dependency management to enable disciplined, scalable execution across global strategic initiatives
• Oversee a transition from a single payment processing vendor to a dual-vendor partnership
• Manage coordination among internal teams and external vendors
• Motivate and manage cross-functional teams
• Monitor and escalate issues in transformation workstreams
• Synthesize and communicate key information for executives

About You:

Industry knowledge in payments, claims processing, insurance industry, or related field desired. Ability to adapt to industry-specific lingo and operating models. Experience with payment vendors or claims management preferred.

Change agent with the ability to thrive in a non-governed, flexible environment. Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned.

Eligibility:

Ideal candidate has experience in project management, portfolio management, vendor management, transformation, and M&A. Must be willing to take on ambiguous, changing tasks.
