Responsibilities

  • Support project setup, project controls, and project finance activities
  • Partner closely with Project Managers across a large and diverse project portfolio
  • Assist with commercial reviews, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support month-end processes, billing, invoicing, and financial governance
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio
  • Assist with bids and proposals, providing commercial sense-checking and support
  • Help maintain compliance, documentation, and governance standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Liaise with offshore project controls support teams, including Manila-based resources
  • Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across project, finance, and operational teams

About You

Eligibility

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Commerce, Project Management, or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in project accounting, project management, business analyst or similar role
  • Experience in project controls, project finance, project accounting, commercial support, or project coordination
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas and financial reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
