Role Overview

Our dedicated Project Management Team at RLB is responsible for seeing a project through the initial planning stages to completion. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in our West & Wales region to deliver projects across various real estate sectors for private and public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of projects across sectors
• Support business objectives of delivering value for money
• Prepare progress reports and present at client meetings
• Have working knowledge of building contracts

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive, proactive approach, commitment to customer service excellence, and good commercial results.

Eligibility

Experience in project delivery within similar sectors, client-facing roles, stakeholder management, and team collaboration. Degree-qualified in Construction, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field. Professional Chartered qualification (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or studying toward.
