Lerch Bates is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project delivery, proposal development, contract administration, and operational activities for our Architectural Design team. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects organized, supporting consultants and project managers, maintaining client documentation, and ensuring the successful coordination of project activities from proposal through completion.

As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with consultants, managers, clients, and internal support teams to prepare project documents, manage contracts, coordinate project records, and support business operations. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the success of technical consulting and design projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, proposals, and qualification packages
  • Assist with proposal development, document formatting, editing, and production using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign
  • Track project progress and maintain project information within Deltek and other project management systems
  • Create project presentations, marketing collateral, and client-facing documents
  • Assist consultants and project managers with specifications, reports, templates, and technical documentation

About You

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma required; associate degree, bachelor's degree, or additional college coursework preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, project administration, proposal coordination, consulting, architecture, engineering, construction, or related fields
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work

This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment and requires regular interaction with employees, clients, vendors, and visitors. The role involves supporting daily office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug test.
