Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to quantitative research efforts focusing on U.S. equity strategies
• Expand research capabilities by integrating new datasets and innovative analytical approaches
• Champion the adoption of machine learning techniques to enhance investment insights
• Communicate research findings and portfolio insights to stakeholders
• Oversee daily portfolio implementation and performance analysis
• Mentor a team of research analysts

About You

Key qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in quantitative investing
• Deep expertise in alpha research, factor modeling, or machine learning in financial markets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline

Eligibility

Nice to have:

• Experience across multiple regions or asset classes
• Understanding of data architecture and research platforms
• Good programming skills, particularly in Python
• CFA or related designation
