About the Opportunity

Showroom Project Coordinator

Part Time - 17.25 hours per week

Permanent Contract

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7.00am - 10.00pm

Competitive salary (£14.10 per hour / £26,945 FTE) with individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter for hitting targets, plus additional team incentives and a £3,000 award for the highest performing 3–5% of colleagues

Responsibilities

• Support showroom teams & installers with help and advice
• Keep customers updated with project progress
• Use design software to visualize customer projects
• Recommend finance, products, and installation options

About You

You are great at using technology and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You are motivated by targets, a good problem-solver, project manager, and have a keen eye for design. You are flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
