Responsibilities

• Lead major bids and framework opportunities, setting winning strategies and overseeing end-to-end bid development
• Act as Project Director on key commissions, accountable for successful delivery across scope, cost, programme and quality
• Shape client relationships at a senior level
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams

About You

This is a highly visible role where you will operate across the full lifecycle—from opportunity shaping and capture through to mobilisation and delivery—ensuring continuity, commercial rigour, and client confidence.

Eligibility

What will you be responsible for?

Bid Leadership

• Define and lead win strategies, value propositions and partnering approaches
• Direct bid teams, coordinating technical, commercial, and governance inputs
• Ensure compliance with WSP governance

Project Direction & Delivery

• Act as Project Director for major projects and programmes
• Maintain accountability for commercial performance, contract obligations and risk management
• Lead project governance, reporting and client engagement

Leadership & Growth

• Build and lead high-performing teams
• Mentor and develop senior staff and future leaders
• Identify and convert pipeline opportunities
