Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategically aligned capital portfolio
• Establish and lead a centralised Retail Capital Portfolio Management function
• Drive investment governance across the portfolio
• Oversee delivery of a diverse capital program
• Leverage business analytics and operational insights
• Provide portfolio visibility and reporting
• Manage risk and quality
• Partner across the business
• Drive disciplined execution
• Support benefits realisation and continuous improvement

About You

Experience in Capital Portfolio Management, project or program management. Strong organisational and coordination capability. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Strong communication and influencing skills.

Eligibility

Experience in retail, fuel, convenience or multi-site environments. Experience in business analytics, data/business insights for retail operations. Exposure to capital delivery or construction-related projects. Experience in continuous improvement and change management would be highly beneficial. Experience working with Finance and reporting processes. Relevant project management qualification.
