Project Manager – R&D

About the Opportunity

Join the Project Management team and report to the R&D IPT Lead. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project execution, engineering development efforts, contract deliverables, and milestones. Key responsibilities include controlling cost, time, quality, and technical performance requirements, managing communications with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery in line with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Launch new projects with due diligence
• Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with operations for project delivery
• Liaise with engineering leads and department heads
• Set up and manage action logs
• Run risk management
• Prepare monthly project reports
• Coordinate lessons learned and feedback

About You

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in an Engineering environment
• Stakeholder management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar
• Experience in generating project and financial reports

About Company
