CS Infocomm ME is a technology solutions and services provider operating in the Middle East, with a strong focus on customer engagement solutions. They serve a diverse portfolio of corporate and public sector customers, offering end-to-end support from presales design through project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Participating in client meetings to understand requirements and present recommended solutions
• Organizing project activities, tracking timelines and deliverables
• Aligning internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with documentation such as project plans, reports, and meeting minutes
• Monitoring project progress, flagging risks, and supporting issue resolution
• Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
• Supporting process improvements
• Contributing to continuous enhancement of presales and project management practices

About You

Ability to prepare solution proposals, presentations, and basic technical documentation for Customer Engagement Solutions. Skills in coordinating project tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining structured project records and reports. Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills, including clear written and verbal communication. Organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in presales, project coordination, or customer-facing roles in technology or services industries is an advantage, as is knowledge of the UAE and regional market.
