Build the future of one of Scotland's most iconic sporting venues. At Scottish Rugby, this isn't just project management. It's the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of high-profile capital, infrastructure, lifecycle and remedial projects that shape the experience of thousands of fans, players, employees and visitors every year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex capital, infrastructure and facilities projects.
  • Lead project planning, budgeting, risk management and programme delivery.
  • Coordinate consultants, engineers, contractors and specialist suppliers.
  • Drive decision-making, governance and project reporting.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, costs and variations.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the projects team, helping prioritize workload and deliver results.

About You

You'll be a highly organized and commercially minded project professional with a track record of delivering multiple complex projects in challenging operational environments.

Eligibility

We're Particularly Interested In Candidates Who Bring:

  • A recognized Project Management qualification.
  • 6+ years' project management experience.
  • Proven success managing multiple complex projects at the same time.
  • Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure, estates, facilities or building services.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading contractors, consultants and project teams.
  • Excellent financial and budget management capability.
  • A solid understanding of Health & Safety legislation and CDM Regulations.
