Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🌟 HTC Global Services is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager cum Portfolio Manager – (SAP SuccessFactors) - HR Domain expert for an 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).

About You

Qualifications & Experience

• Overall IT Leadership: 8+ years of IT Program, Portfolio, or Delivery Management experience.
• HR Portfolio Leadership: Minimum 5+ years leading HR Technology portfolios.
• SuccessFactors Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Core HR Delivery: At least one end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central from design through go-live.

Eligibility

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.

Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or SAP SuccessFactors Certifications.
