About the Opportunity

As a Strategic Program Manager at World Wide Technology (WWT), you will be leading innovative and emerging technology solutions for Fortune 500 customers across all verticals. The Strategic Program Services team is an elite group of professionals selected for their vast experience in driving and successfully delivering complex solutions and transformational initiatives across WWT’s global presence and influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end portfolio oversight, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business outcomes.
• Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders to monitor portfolio health and maintain alignment with goals.
• Oversee project planning and execution, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Establish strong operating rhythms for communication and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to maximize team efficiency and value delivery.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, or related field, with 10+ years of program/project management experience. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Eligibility

PMP or PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or ITIL certifications are a plus. Advanced degree or MBA preferred. 5+ years leading large, complex IT programs required.
