Mountain Air Mechanical is a locally owned HVAC company that's been serving our community since 2002. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to help keep our projects, customers, and field teams running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales and field staff
• Communicate project updates with customers
• Prepare invoices for projects in progress
• Order equipment and materials for upcoming jobs
• Maintain accurate project files and documentation
• Manage scheduling using Google Calendar
• Register equipment warranties
• Process permits and rebate applications
• Support field technicians with project needs
• Assist in preparing proposals and project documents
• Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, and text
• Provide general administrative support to the office team

About You

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Eligibility

1–3 years of administrative or office support experience. Experience in the construction or HVAC industry is a plus, but not required. High school diploma or GED required.
