Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers by providing day‑to‑day coordination and administrative support across multiple projects
• Keep project documentation, trackers, and logs accurate and up to date
• Coordinate meetings and actions
• Support planning, reporting, and communication activities
• Help arrange delivery activities such as site visits, access, and resources
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers
• Support project close‑out and lessons‑learned activities

About You

You’ll have experience in a coordination, administrative, or project support role, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. We’re looking for someone who’s detail‑focused, confident communicating with stakeholders, and comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Experience in a project, engineering, or service delivery environment, and familiarity with project trackers or document management systems, would be an advantage.

Eligibility

The role is UK‑wide, with flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. Contractually, you’ll be based at your closest M Group Ltd office, with ad hoc travel for meetings, primarily to offices in the West Midlands and Cambridgeshire.
