About the Opportunity

Fresh Youth MK is a community-focused charity that provides mentoring and empowerment sessions for young people under 25 in Milton Keynes, with a focus on deprived communities. The organization collaborates with various stakeholders to support educational, career, and skills development aspirations of young individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operational activities and project delivery
• Oversee scheduling, logistics, and communication across all areas of work
• Lead the delivery of community projects and events
• Liaise with team leaders, volunteers, and partners
• Maintain clear communication systems and documentation
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and risk management policies

About You

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy. They should have experience in operations, project management, or administration, preferably in a youth work or non-profit environment. Strong communication skills and familiarity with safeguarding requirements are essential.

Eligibility

Enhanced DBS clearance and Level 2 safeguarding training are required. Knowledge of Milton Keynes community context is desirable.
