Global Project Manager

About the Opportunity

WorkWave is a leading provider of SaaS solutions, helping businesses streamline their operations and drive growth through innovative technology. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, scoping billable projects, and developing statements of work.

Responsibilities

• Champion the adoption of internal AI and automation tools
• Travel domestically (up to 25%) for critical meetings
• Establish and maintain relationships with international stakeholders
• Define or analyze project scopes, impacts, and resource allocations
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress
• Deliver precise project progress updates and risk mitigation
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies
• Methodically close projects and review lessons learned

About You

Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience
AI Fluency: Experience using AI-powered tools for project management
Methodology: Proven experience in structured project management frameworks
Track Record: Documented success in delivering complex projects on budget and on time
Time Management & Detail Orientation: Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Commercial Acumen: Experience in commercial decision-making
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse teams
Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with modern project management tools
