Technical Data Delivery Owner – Principal London or Manchester, Hybrid

10+ years’ experience in data programme delivery (or similar), with a track record of leading large-scale, complex data transformations end-to-end in consulting environments.
Experience owning delivery accountability across multiple data capabilities, including staffing and budget ownership.
Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders (CDO, CTO, CFO) and build trusted advisor relationships beyond single engagements.
Strong knowledge of modern data platforms and architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, ETL/ELT, AWS/Azure/GCP, and tools such as Snowflake and Databricks.
Expertise in agile delivery, including coaching teams, scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and iterative delivery at scale.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience shaping and winning data pursuits and developing proposals/SOWs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value narratives.
Hands-on experience in data / solution architecture, data engineering or data governance & quality roles.
Experience managing vendors and technology partners, evaluating platforms, and holding them accountable to outcomes.
Relevant certifications desirable (PgMP, SAFe Agilist, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or advanced SAFe).
