About the Opportunity

We're partnering with an international data centre development company that is expanding rapidly across Europe and is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major new-build data centre developments in Finland. We are also looking for CSA Manager and Senior Project Managers so please also apply if you are at this level and keen to discuss opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of hyperscale and large-scale data centre developments from inception through to completion.
• Take ownership of programme, cost, quality, risk and overall project performance.
• Manage and coordinate international design consultants, project management consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Build strong relationships with clients, investors, utility providers and local authorities.
• Drive commercial performance while maintaining exceptional health, safety and quality standards.
• Lead project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication at executive level.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor and develop project teams while promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture.

About You

To be considered, candidates must:

• Proven experience delivering data centre projects through the full project lifecycle, from development and design through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Experience working for a data centre developer, main contractor or project management consultancy (PMC).
• Demonstrable experience leading large, complex mission-critical projects in a senior project leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, commercial management, programme delivery and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced international environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Finland on a long-term basis.
