Responsibilities
- Attend Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings to facilitate information flow
- Manage multiple small construction projects simultaneously
- Update project files for compliance with regulations
- Coordinate pre-construction activities
- Assist in maintaining internal approval communications tools
- Visit job sites frequently to evaluate project progress
About You
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Knowledge of design and construction techniques [Required]
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
- Knowledge of healthcare design and construction techniques [Preferred]
- Proficient in e-Builder software program [Preferred]
- Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management system [Preferred]
Eligibility
Education: Associate [Preferred]
Field Of Study: Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Work Experience: 3+ construction administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience [Required]
