• Lead major highways projects as a Senior Project Manager or smaller projects as a Project Director.
• Ensure projects meet revenue, profit, and cash-flow targets.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and plan resources.
• Manage project delivery and contract administration.
• Support team development and mentorship.
• Build strong client relationships and lead bids for highways opportunities.

About You

Key qualifications and requirements:

• Significant experience in Project Manager roles on large scale infrastructure projects.
• Engineering Management background in the highway sector.
• Good understanding of design procedures, contracts, and safety regulations.
• Chartered Membership of relevant industry body.
