Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a Project Coordinator based out of the Manchester office. This role sits within the Regulatory Controls and Reporting Tribe and supports delivery, reporting, and cross-squad coordination across a multi-squad agile environment. Working closely with the Tribe Lead and squad leadership, it will help improve delivery visibility, strengthen alignment to quarterly priorities and roadmap commitments, and support better outcomes through clearer reporting and more effective agile execution. This position offers broad exposure across agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operational execution, and would suit someone interested in developing toward Product Owner or broader operational leadership responsibilities over time.
Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, delivery, business management, or a similar environment. Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or fast-changing work. Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources and present it clearly to internal stakeholders. Comfort working in an agile environment and helping teams maintain momentum against priorities and timelines.
Experience supporting agile teams, delivery leads, Product Owners, or operational leadership. Experience preparing reporting or presentations for senior stakeholders. Very strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with AI tools and models such as ChatGPT or Claude, and an interest and/or experience in applying them in practical business settings, including working with prompts and prompt libraries. Familiarity with Power BI, Qlik, or Alteryx is a plus. Interest in developing toward Product Owner or broader operational and agile leadership responsibilities over time.
