As a Portfolio Manager for Preservation Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multifamily real estate partnerships on behalf of an institutional investor. This role involves evaluating fund and asset performance, developing strategies for optimal outcomes, and maintaining relationships with partners to support long-term portfolio performance.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in institutional real estate investment or asset management. Supervisory and/or REIT experience is preferred.
Travel up to 40% is required for this role. Remote locations will be considered.
