As our Data Centre portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the delivery of complex, technically challenging projects that support Australia's digital future. This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers, Site Managers, Design Managers, and Services teams on projects where precision, coordination, and technical excellence matter.
Working within a collaborative project team, you'll take ownership of specific project packages and scopes of work, supporting delivery from procurement through to completion. You'll work closely with Trade Partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive program outcomes, coordinate technical documentation, and ensure the highest standards of quality and project delivery are achieved. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on problem-solving, is highly organized, and wants to develop their career delivering some of Australia's most complex construction projects.
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience working for a Head Contractor in a Project Coordinator, Site Engineer, or Project Engineer capacity. Exposure to the delivery of large-scale commercial, industrial, infrastructure, mission-critical, or technically complex projects. Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, from procurement and design coordination through to construction delivery and project close-out. Experience managing subcontractors, coordinating project packages, and driving program outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Trade Partners, consultants, and project teams. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments. Experience using industry platforms such as Aconex, HammerTech, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar.
