Salary: £42,000 - £45,000

About the Company

The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the world's largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle, and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of multiple small and medium-sized IT and business change projects.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Produce project documentation, status reports and governance updates.
  • Support resource planning and help balance project requirements with business-as-usual activities.
  • Assist with project budgeting, business cases and benefits realisation planning.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops and quality reviews, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Sponsors, Business Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Support change management activities, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

About You

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Experience working on or coordinating business or IT projects.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence working with cross-functional teams across different business areas.
  • The ability to identify risks, solve problems and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • A collaborative approach and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience working in an international or complex business environment.
  • Previous experience supporting software or IT delivery projects.
  • Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile, or MSP.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers or delivery partners.
