Procurement Portfolio Managers – Newly Created Roles!

About the Opportunity

Galvin-Rowley Executive has been exclusively retained to appoint five newly created indirect procurement positions for a large, complex ASX-listed FMCG organisation. These roles support a major procurement transformation within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Developing category and sourcing strategies
• Leading end-to-end procurement and commercial negotiations
• Managing strategic supplier relationships
• Supporting procurement governance and contract management
• Delivering commercial analysis and business cases
• Partnering with senior operational and functional leaders
• Driving supplier performance and continuous improvement
• Supporting procurement transformation initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to improve value, efficiency, and risk management

About You

You will bring:

• Seven or more years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial management
• Experience working within large, complex organizations
• Strong commercial and analytical capability
• Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Procurement governance and contract management experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications, with CIPS accreditation viewed favorably

Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:

• Supply Chain & Logistics
• Technology & Digital
• Enterprise & Corporate Services
• Property & Facilities
• Procurement Operations or Procurement Excellence
