About the Opportunity

Seeking an onshore Project Director in the UK to manage accounts and large-scale client engagements. You will oversee budget allocations, direct pod deliverables, and lead client reviews.

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple software engineering programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for executive sponsors, resolving scope alignments.
• Manage engagement financial metrics, tracking operational budgets, margins, and invoices.
• Coordinate resource allocations with offshore managers in Hyderabad.
• Run quarterly business reviews (QBR) and program health assessments.

Eligibility

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project and program management experience in IT services or consulting.
• Track record managing multi-million pound client budgets and complex contract terms.
• Strong organizational leadership credentials, with experience managing offshore pods.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Professional credentials (PMP, Prince2, or MSP) are highly preferred.
