Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules, trackers, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on pending actions and deliverables.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
  • Track project documentation, approvals, and milestones.
  • Support project managers with reporting, presentations, and data analysis.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Maintain project and administrative records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate office activities and support daily operational requirements.
  • Handle procurement requests, vendor coordination, and administrative follow-ups.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper document control.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Eligibility

Previous experience in project coordination or administrative support is preferred.
