Responsibilities

• Attend Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings to facilitate information flow
• Manage multiple small construction projects simultaneously
• Update project files for compliance with regulations
• Coordinate pre-construction activities
• Assist in maintaining internal approval communications tools
• Visit job sites frequently to evaluate project progress

About You

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Knowledge of design and construction techniques [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
• Knowledge of healthcare design and construction techniques [Preferred]
• Proficient in e-Builder software program [Preferred]
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar project management system [Preferred]

Eligibility

Education: Associate [Preferred]

Field Of Study: Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Work Experience: 3+ construction administration experience or equivalent combination of education and experience [Required]
