Associate Project Coordinator – Temp, 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary remote point of contact for on-site technicians during installations
• Communicate activity delays and installation issues to Project Leads
• Ensure timely check-in and check-out of installers from sites
• Facilitate connection with Technical Support Representatives as required
• Perform administrative tasks related to documentation and work orders
• Review project deliverables and documentation for accuracy
• Update Master Spreadsheet to track project progress

About You

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Flexibility to work overnight hours

Eligibility

1+ years of related field experience and a High School Diploma are required. Candidates must be available to work non-standard hours and support technicians through installations.
