Lead the end-to-end delivery of Document Management System (DMS) projects for elite legal and professional services clients. You will own the full project lifecycle—from discovery and planning to go-live—ensuring complex document workflows are structured, compliant, and secure. This role blends technical oversight with high-impact change management in a human-centered consulting environment.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of Document Management System projects, developing robust project plans, RAID logs, and Change Orders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Facilitate senior-level project board meetings and produce concise status reporting to manage complex multi-party environments involving clients and vendors.
• Support technical teams in issue resolution and escalation management while leading communication strategies to ensure successful user adoption and change management.

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience managing DMS or document workflow implementations within professional services, specifically law firms, financial services, or major consulting environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset for fast-paced scale-up environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate legal sector confidentiality, matter structures, and complex regulatory requirements during system migrations.
